What this site collects, and what happens to it.

This site has no forms, no accounts and no cookies. It doesn't show ads and doesn't sell anything about you to anyone.

If you call or text us, we have your number and whatever you tell us, the same as any phone call to a business.

Your phone number and what you tell us about your business. We use it to answer you, quote the work and, if we work together, build and look after your site. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't pass your details on.

We keep it while we're talking or working together, and afterwards only what we need for our own business records.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from, what kind of device they're on, and how fast the pages loaded. It doesn't use cookies or any storage in your browser, and it doesn't build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, its servers see your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The example site shown on the Our Work page is a copy of a real one, and it loads fonts and a map from Google. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and the address of the page, under Google's privacy policy. On a computer the example loads with the Our Work page; on a phone, only if you tap to open it.

No cookies. The site keeps three small notes in your browser’s session storage: that the opening animation has already played, where you were scrolled to on each page (so Back returns you there), and whether a page has already reloaded itself after an update. They never leave your browser, and they are deleted when you close the tab.

If this changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
